The Issachar Watch focuses on developments that may help Christians better understand the biblical, historical, and cultural forces shaping our world. Coverage will include the Middle East and Israel; biblical prophecy; archaeology and biblical history; significant world developments with a nexus to prophecy; the state of the Church and signs of apostasy; and conflicts between Christianity, Western liberal-democratic principles, and Islamist or other radical ideological movements.

Each report will distinguish verified facts from interpretation. Scripture will be used carefully, and when a prophetic connection is uncertain or debated, that uncertainty will be stated plainly.

The Issachar Watch will not set dates for Christ’s return, declare every war or disaster a fulfillment of prophecy, or treat speculation as established fact. It will not distort Scripture to fit current events or confuse political preference with biblical truth.

The goal is discernment—not alarmism. When the evidence is strong, it will be stated clearly. When an interpretation is possible but uncertain, it will be identified as such. And when Scripture does not support a claimed prophetic connection, The Issachar Watch will say so.
